BS TransComm Ltd announces Q3 FY12 results
Revenue at Rs 267 cr, Net profit at Rs 11.5 cr for the quarter ended 31st December 2011 xBS TransComm Ltd, a leading infrastructure provider for power T & D and Telecom sector, recorded standalone revenues of Rs 267 Cr for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, an increase of 39.83% from Rs 190 Cr in the Q3 FY11. EBIDTA stood at Rs 34 Cr as compared to Rs 29 cr in the corresponding period last year. Net profit was Rs 11.57 cr for Q3 FY12. The diluted EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 5.29.

BS TransComm bags orders worth over Rs 244 crores
BS TransComm Ltd, a leading turnkey service and technology solutions provider to Power & Telecom today has received new orders in its Power division for EPC, Turnkey and tower supply contracts. The company has received an order for Engineering, procurement and Construction of a 765 KV Quad S/C Transmission line for Raichur Sholapur Transmission Company Ltd. The order is to be executed by July 2013. It has also won orders from Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Ltd for setting up of two substations of 132/33KV in Raipur. The scope of works includes Design, Supply, Erection, and Testing & Commissioning on a turnkey basis and the completion period for both the projects twelve months The Company also bagged an order from Power Grid in a domestic competitive bidding in a joint venture. The order is for supply of tower package for 765KV S/C Jaipur – Lakha ka Nangal Transmission line spanning 126kms which is associated with the Phase I Generation project in Orissa. He is a decorated officer and has been honored with Videsh Sewa Medal at the young age of 19.

BS TransComm Ltd posts unaudited net turnover of Rs 190.96 Cr
BS TransComm Ltd., an end to end turnkey solutions and technology solutions provider for Telecom and Power T&D Sector which went public in October 2010, has come out with impressive performance reporting a net turnover of Rs 190.96cr for the quarter ending 31st Dec 2010 and Rs 535.51 cr for the nine month period up to 31st Dec. 2010 in spite of stiff competition and tremendous pressure on margins due to cost escalation in all the throughputs as against last quarter Net sales of Rs 180.55 Cr and Rs 343.58 cr for the six month period up to 30th Sep. 2010. The Company has posted an unaudited PBT of Rs 18.97 cr and PAT of Rs 12.67 Cr for the quarter ending 31st Dec 2010, including write off of Extraordinary Item of Expenses (IPO expenses) of Rs 1.4 Cr as against last quarter figure of Rs 20.97 cr and Rs 14.00 Cr, respectively. The other income during the quarter under review stands at Rs70.39 lakhs as against Rs14.22 lakhs during the last quarter. The cumulative figures of the same are Rs 96.77 lakhs & Rs 26.39 lakhs respectively. The Company has achieved an annualized (basic) EPS of Rs 23.16, on the enhanced capital as compared to Rs 39.44 for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2010. All figures mentioned above are on a standalone basis. The order book of the Company also shows a very healthy trend and stands at Rs 607 cr. Recently the Company has also successfully bagged an REC BOOM project with its consortium partners and expects to bag many more such projects in near future.

BS TransComm bags order of Rs 53 Crores
BS TransComm Ltd, an end to end Turnkey Services and Technology Solutions Provider to Power T &D and Telecom Sector has bagged a supply order of 400 KV transmission lines in West Bengal worth Rs 53 crores. This new order is in addition to the Rs 42.8 crores worth of Turnkey orders which was bagged by the company last week. The order is for the supply of 400 KV transmission line towers for the interstate line between West Bengal and Assam

BS TransComm bags order worth Rs 428 Million
BS TransComm Ltd, an end to end turnkey services and technology solutions provider to Power T &D and Telecom Sector has bagged three projects in Maharashtra & Orissa worth Rs 428 million. The orders have been awarded by GMR Energy Limited for laying of 400 KV Transmission Lines on a Turnkey basis in Maharashtra & Orissa. The projects are slated to be completed by June 2011.

BS TransComm Ltd posts unaudited Standalone Revenue of Rs. 180.54 Crores for Q2 FY11
BS TransComm Ltd., an end to end turnkey solutions and technology solutions provider for Telecom and Power T&D Sector, has reported an unaudited Standalone second quarter revenue of Rs. 180.54cr (QoQ sequential growth of 10.7%) and Standalone profit from Operation before extra ordinary Income for the quarter stood at Rs. 30.86cr (QoQ sequential growth of 14.2%). Net Profit for the Quarter stands at Rs 14cr For the half year ending September 2010, the company’s unaudited standalone Revenue stands at Rs 343.58cr. Net profit after tax for the first half of FY11 which stands at Rs 27.42 cr have exceeded the full year FY 10 Standalone Audited net profit of Rs 24.09cr. The Company has recently completed its initial public offering of 76,79,410 equity shares at Rs 248 constituting a dilution of 35.10% on the post issue paid up capital of the Company. The standalone EPS of the Company for the first half of the FY11 is Rs 19.31 Commenting on the results, Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Managing Director, BS TransComm Ltd said, “We're very pleased with our strong performance in Q2. Our performance has continued to improve on a sequential basis to achieve our desired growth”.
